This is a great pick-me-up. I was given this recipe from a friend who was juice fasting for Lent. I give this to the picky 4yo DD. Be sure not to give honey to babies. UPDATED: V-8 would work for the vegetable juice if you'd like. I have a juicer, so I make fresh juice from whatever I have on hand. You can use what you like.
Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. In pitcher, combine juices and honey. Mix well.
2. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange peel curls if desired.
