Liezels Chocolate Cake

This is my own recipe. Created to suit the taste buds of my husband and father-in-law. They wanted a moist, dark, not too sweet chocolate cake. They love this one. Baked it for my b-day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons cocoa (170 ml) or
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons cocoa if you want it lighter (100 ml)
1 cup boiling water (250 ml)
2 cups cake flour (500 ml)
1 teaspoon salt (5 ml)
1 tablespoon baking powder, heaped (15 ml)
2 cups brown sugar (500 ml)
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons oil (160 ml)
1/4 cup honey (60 ml) - to keep cake moist
3 tablespoons brandy (50 ml)
7 eggs, seperated
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)
filling
caramel condesed milk or cooked condensed milk
icing
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons soft butter (100 ml)
4 cups icing sugar (1000 ml)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (125 ml)
2 tablespoons milk (25 ml)
2 teaspoons vanilla (10 ml)
Directions:
1. Mix boiling water and cocoa.
2. Set aside to cool down.
3. Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
4. Stir in the sugar.
5. Seperate the eggs.
6. Pour the egg yolks into the same bowl of the cocoa mixture.
7. Pour the oil, vanilla, honey and brandy into the cocoa mixture.
8. Mix well.
9. Whisk the egg whites.
10. Mix cocoa mixture with flour mixture very well.
11. Fold in the egg whites.
12. Pour into cake pans.
13. Bake at 360 deg F (180 deg C) for 30 minutes.
14. Let it cool down.
15. Filling:
16. Put caramel or cooked condensed milk in the middle.
17. Icing:
18. Sift icing sugar.
19. Add the icing sugar bit by bit to the butter while mixing.
20. Add cocoa powder.
21. Mix well.
22. Add milk and vanilla.
23. Mix well.
24. Add a bit more milk if mixture seems to stiff.
25. Put over cake.
