My Mother-in-law's recipe. This is very simple but very rich. We eat this for lunch in the summer just by itself. This recipe is for people that don't like a fussy salad.
Ingredients:
3 lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked and cut into pieces
12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix cooked potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper together.
2. Chill.
