Levi's Sesame Chicken Wings

Fix-It and Forget-It Serves 6-8 as appetizers or less servings as a meal with rice. Saving this here so I can make later this week.
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 3/4 cups honey
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cut wings at the joints and discard tips.
2. Rinse, pat semi-dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place on broiler pan and broil 5 inches from top, 10 minutes on each side.
4. Place in slow cooker.
5. Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and pour over chicken.
6. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours or low for 5 hours.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top just before serving.
