Ingredients:
1 cup(s) carrots, chopped
1 cup(s) cauliflower, chopped
1 cup(s) celery, chopped
10 ounce(s) frozen peas, barely cooked
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped (i don't use)
green pepper, chopped, as desired (i don't desire)
1 head(s) lettuce, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise (miracle whip)
2 parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced
Directions:
1. Mix all vegetables.
2. Mix mayo, sugar and cheese.
3. Layer vegetables and dressing creating 3 layers of each. Crisp bacon can be added at last minute to top.
