Lettuce and Nuts Salad

Easy, easy, easy. Refreshing. Hardly any ingredients. Great for beginner cooks.
Ingredients:
1 cup cubed mango
1/3 cup toasted nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons roquefort cheese, crumbled
2 cups lettuce leaves, whole, washed and pat dry
1 sprig cilantro, for decoration
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the mango, oilive oil and nuts.
2. Add crumbled cheese and black pepper.
3. Serve over single leaf of lettuce and decorate with sprig of cilantro.
