Slightly healthier version of a Texas Cake to take the edge off of the guilt of your third piece.
Ingredients:
2 cups pastry wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 cup water
1 cup safflower oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Sift together the dry ingredients, stir in the wet ingredients until combined. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
