Less-Cook Pound Cake With Lemon Glaze

An old favorite from Candy's childhood. The lemon glaze is so easy it seems doesn't seem fair!
Ingredients:
3 cups plain flour
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup milk
5 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325~.
2. Mix all cake ingredients with mixer, blend well.
3. Pour into greased/floured tube or bundt pan.
4. Bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Mix glaze ingredients (you may have to adjust) and pour over cake.
