Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups lentills
1 1/2 cups brown rice
1 can tomoatoes
1/4 cup garlic, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 small onion
15 oz fat free chicken broth
2 cups spinach, chopped
Directions:
1. Cook lentils, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and half the cilantro in chicken broth till tender (20-30 minutes)
2. Cook rice in water till tender, then add spinach and the rest of the cilantro
3. Enjoy
