1/2 cup lentils
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 cup of carrot
1 cup of potato
1 cup of corn kernels
1 cup of peas
3 sheets phyllo pastry
Directions:

Pre heat oven to 200C. Use cooked lentils 1 cup. Grate all vegies and mix with lentils. Place on Phyllo and roll into parcels. Bake for 30 mins til brown.
