Lentil Vegetables in Phyllo Parcels

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lentils
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of carrot
  • 1 cup of potato
  • 1 cup of corn kernels
  • 1 cup of peas

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 200C. Use cooked lentils 1 cup. Grate all vegies and mix with lentils. Place on Phyllo and roll into parcels. Bake for 30 mins til brown.
