Ingredients:

  • 400 g lentils
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 oz mushroom
  • 375 g tomato

Directions:

  1. Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add other items. Cook 20 minutes.
