Ingredients:

  • 70 g lentils
  • 100 ml stock
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
  2. Bring to boil then reduce heat
  3. Cover and simmer for 35 - 45 minutes, until lentils are soft
