Lentil Loaf

Prep time doesn't include soaking time.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry lentils, soaked
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions:
1. Mash the beans into a paste and add the maple syrup and mustard.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Spray the loaf pan and then place mixture into loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 45-1hr.
