Not too spicy but very tasty
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 3/4 cups water
1 1/4 cup red lentils
1/4 salt
3/4 tsp curry paste
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic and turmeric and saute for 3 more minutes.
3. Add the water and bring to a boil.
4. Add the lentils and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add the seasonings and serve.
