Lentil Barley Soup

Ingredients:
1 can(s) 28 oz.tomatoes (cut up with juice)
3/4 cup(s) barley
1 cup(s) carrots, diced
3/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
3/4 cup(s) chopped onions
3/4 cup(s) dried lentils (rinsed)
1 clove(s) garlic (crushed)
1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) rosemary
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
6 cup(s) water/vegi or beef stock
Directions:
1. Saute onion, celery, garlic til soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingred. except carrots. Simmer 45 min. Add carrots and simmer til carrots are soft.
2. Add 1 TBL. soy sauce, 1TBL. Wocheshire sauce, 2 TBL. red wine vinegar.
