Ingredients:
4 ounces red lentils
1 medium onion, chopped
450 ml stock, vegetable
3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
240 grams canned butter beans
Directions:
1. Throw everything apart from the butter beans int a saucepan and bring to the boil, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes and then add the chick peas and cook until lentils are tender, about 5-10 and serve.
