Lenten Hemp Burgers

Adapted from the back of a package of Hulled Hemp Seed from . Use Hulled Hemp Seed and for the bread crumbs you may use Herb Seasoned Stuffing in the crumb form.
Ingredients:
1 lb tofu, firm
1 cup hulled hemp seed
1/4 cup sunflower seed
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp basil
3 cups breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Blend tofu in food processor.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the breadcrumbs (Herb Stuffed Seasoning) and blend till smooth.
3. Put bread crumbs or stuffing mix into a bowl and pour the tofu mixture on top and mix thoroughly.
4. Form into 8 to 10 burger patties.
5. Spray cooking oil on a cookie sheet and bake patties for 15 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Flip burgers and continue baking another 15 minutes.
7. Serve with favorite condiments.
