From Campbell's Kitchen. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 can sliced black olives, drained |
4 slices lemons |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add soup, milk, lemon juice, pepper, and olives. 4. Top with lemon slices. 5. Heat to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to low and cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or until done. 7. Serve with rice or pasta. |
