THIS IS MY LEMON PIE RECIPE. IT'S FAST, IT'S EASY AND IT'S FANTASTIC! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
2 cans of eagle brand condensed milk ( buy good quality condensed milk)
2 graham cracker crust
1 egg (beaten)
lemon juice
1 medium tub of cool whip
Directions:
1. BEAT THE ONE EGG
2. ADD 2 CANS OF CONDENSED MILK
3. ADD LEMON JUICE (TO YOUR TASTE)
4. TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
5. FOLD IN TUB OF COOL WHIP
6. TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
7. ONCE SATISFIED WITH THE LEMON TASTE, POUR INTO THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
8. PUT IN THE ICEBOX FOR 6 HOURS OR PUT IN THE FREEZER. I HAVE PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER AND LEFT OVER NIGHT.
9. DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER, USE A SPATULA OR GOOD SPOON!
10. GARNISH WITH SUPER THIN LEMON SLICES (OPTIONAL)
11. YOUR PIE SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!
