Lemony Caesar Salad

I make this salad for all our family get-togethers. I am not a fan of vinegar, so this is a great alternative to most salad dressings. Very light and refreshing.
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce
cooked bacon, crisp and diced
shredded parmesan cheese, to taste
crouton, to taste
1 cup olive oil
1 egg
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 lemon, zest of
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
worcestershire sauce, couple of drops
tabasco sauce, couple of drops
1 dash sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
black pepper
Directions:
1. Wash and dry romaine.
2. Cook bacon.
3. Combine olive oil, egg, lemon juice and zest, dijon, worchestershire, tabasco, sugar, garlic, and black pepper.
4. In a large salad bowl, add caesar dressing to lettuce.
5. Add parmesan cheese to taste.
6. Add black pepper to taste.
7. Add croutons.
8. Toss.
