Lemongrass and Pink Peppercorn Vodka

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons pink peppercorns
1 lemongrass, split open
750 ml vodka
Directions:
1. place peppercorns and lemongrass into the bottle of vodka and leave for at least 8 hours but no longer than 2 days depending on how spicy you want it.
2. strain into a jug and pour back into the bottle.
3. store in the freezer and serve in shot glasses.
