Lemondaise Sauce

Part of a shrimp recipe from Sunkist. Would be great over most any fish, veggie or eggs Benedict...anywhere you might use hollandaise sauce
Ingredients:
3/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons shallots, minced (onions will do in a pinch)
1 tablespoon lemon peel, grated (fresh best)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 3 tbs cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine wine, shallots and lemon peel in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half.
2. Whisk in cream, tumeric and salt. Bring to a simmer while whisking.
3. Whisk in cornstarch and water mixture.
4. Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice.
