1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) can frozen concentrated lemonade or 1 (12 ounce) can frozen concentrated lemonade
Directions:
1. Tear off a sheet of aluminum foil large enough for the fish, butter the area where the fish will lay.
2. Place fish on the butter and place slices of sweet onion on top of the fish.
3. Place 4 or 5 pats of butter across the fish.
4. Pull foil up along the sides to create a boat like cradle and pour thawed lemonade onto fish, about half the can.
5. Roll the foil up to seal the juice inside and cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Iit is important to try and keep the juices inside the foil until the fish is cooked.
