Lemonade Dessert

This is a very refreshing dessert on those hot summer days
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade
1 quart frozen yogurt (lemon or vanilla work best)
1/2 cup whipped topping
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Directions:
1. Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press into a 9 square pan.
2. Beat the lemonade and yogurt until well blended and spread over crumb mixture.
3. Freeze until set, usually about 3-4 hours.
4. Serve with whipped topping, sprinkled with lemon zest.
