Lemonade Chicken

From Weeknight Cooking Made Easy 2007. Prep time does not include marinating time.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint flakes
6 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 4 pounds)
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except chicken.
2. Save half of the marinade in a small bowl in the refrigerator (covered).
3. Add the chicken to the bag, seal and turn to coat.
4. Refrigerate overnight (turning occasionally).
5. Drain and discard the marinade.
6. Grill, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
7. Grill 5-10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear, basting and turning serveral times.
