Lemon Zucchini-Squash Saute

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium zucchini, 1 lb. cut lengthwise into quarters,then into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 yellow squash, 1 lb. cut diagonally into 1/4 in slices
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon, zest of
Directions:
1. In large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add next 6 ingredients and cook about 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in juice and zest, remove from heat.
