A delicious Middle-Eastern dip, if you don't have any plain yoghurt you can use sour cream, it works just as well. Serve with grilled Pita bread chips.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 lemon, juice of
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Crush the garlic and cook in a pan, until cooked completely, but not brown.
2. Mix all other ingredients together.
3. Serve.
