Lemon Velvet Tart

Ingredients:
1/2 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
2 (4ounce) white chocolate bars, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
lemon curd
Directions:
1. Fit pie crust into a lightly greased 9 1/2 tart pan.
2. Press into fluted edges.
3. Fold any excess dough over outside of pan and pinch to secure to pan.
4. Generously prick bottom and sides of crust with a fork.
5. Freeze 20 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
7. Place crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes OR until golden brown.
8. Cool on wire rack 20 minutes OR until completely cool.
9. Gently tap excess crust from pan sides using a rolling pin.
10. Microwave white chocolate in a small bowl at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes OR until melted and smooth, stirring at 30 second intervals.
11. Beat softened cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
12. Add melted chocolate and beat until blended, scraping down the sides.
13. Add lemon curd and beat until blended.
14. Spoon into prepared crust.
15. Smooth filling with spatula.
16. Chill at least 4 hours.
