Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
12 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
8 unbaked (4-inch) tart shells
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar, yolks, and lemon extract in a large mixing bowl; stir well.
2. Spoon mixture into tart shells. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
