Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box(es) lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package cream cheese 8oz
  • 1 box(es) powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix and pat first 4 ingredients into sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan; set aside. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs. Pour over crust. Bake 350 degrees until browned (about 30 min). Cool completely. Cut into squares.
  2. Very good and easy.
