Lemon Spiced Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 5 small red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a pan with foil.
  3. Wash and slice potatoes very thin.
  4. Mix spices, lemon juice and oil in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip in each slice of potato into the spiced mixture.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until soft, with crispy edges.
