This recipe came from . This is very, very tart, so if you don't care for that taste, you probably won't like this. I served this with my Low-fat Cream of Asparagus Soup and Bergy's Easy Garlic Rice.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
4. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until chicken is bubbly and lightly browned.
