Lemon Salmon Burgers

Ingredients:
16 ounce(s) boneless canned salmon drained
2 eggs
1/4 cup(s) parsley chopped
2 tablespoon(s) onion finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil
1/2 teaspoon(s) dill
4 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil
Directions:
1. Mix together the ingredients for the patties in a medium bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Add the patties to the oil and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
5. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
6. Add toasted bun, lettuce and tomato.
7. Would also be good with Swiss cheese and/or avocado.
8. Serve with sweet potato fries.
