Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Light summer supper!
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1 lemon, sliced thin
2 -3 sprigs rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions:
1. Place salmon fillets on oiled baking sheet.
2. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Chop rosemary and sprinkle over the top.
4. Top with sliced lemons.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, depending on how thick your fillets are.
7. Serve with rice or steamed potatoes and steamed asparagus with extra lemon slices.
