Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

This delicious way to prepare pork tenderloin is from Light and Tasty.
Ingredients:
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pork tenderloin (1 lb each)
Directions:
1. Combine first nine ingredients and rub over tenderloins.
2. Place in a shallow roasting pan.
3. Bake uncovered at 400° for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°.
4. Cover with foil and let sit 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
