Lemon Raspberry Yogurt Muffins

this is a good recipe to have on a Sunday or if your having a brunch... the recipe is from a Gooseberry Patch cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 eggs ..beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup lemon yogurt
4 tbsp. butter....melted
1 teasp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 teasp. salt.... ( or a little less)
1 teasp. lemon peel.... finely grated
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups raspberries
lemon glaze
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teasp. lemon peel..... finely grated
Directions:
1. combine eggs, milk, yogurt, butter, and vanilla
2. in medium bowl: stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, lemon peel and sugar
3. mix the yogur mixture into the flour mixture.. don't over mix
4. in 2 - 3 strokes, fold in raspberries
5. spoon into a greased muffin cups
6. bake at 350' F for 18 - 20 minutes or until tops spring back when touched
7. serve plain or brush warm muffins with a Lemon glaze

12. combine the juice, sugar and lemon peel
13. mix until smooth
14. brush over the warm muffins
