Ingredients:
1 tbl plus 1 tsp no sugar added raspberry spread
1 (2.1) package frozen mini phyllo shells
1/4 c plus i tbl lemon curd
1/2 c frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
15 fresh raspberries
mint sprigs (optional)
Directions:
1. Spoon about 1/4 tsp raspberry spread into the bottom of each shell
2. Spoon 1 tsp lemon curd over raspberry spread in each shell
3. Spoon whipped topping evenly over lemon curd
4. Place a fresh raspberry on each tart
5. Serving size 1 tart 48 Calories 1 WW point
6. You can make tarts at least 3 hours ahead and refrigerate. It is not necessary to thaw shells before filling them
