4 large eggs

1 cup(s) milk
1/4 cup(s) milk (glaze icing)
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) self-rising flour
2 cup(s) sugar
Directions:
1. Cake
2. Mix together (beat 5 minutes) pour into tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 Hours.
3. Icing
4. Melt butter, add milk, flavoring, lemon rind, powdered sugar - all ingredients. Ice cake while warm.
