An easy ymmy cake that every one loves.
Ingredients:
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding (or vanilla)
1/2 cup oil
2 tbs poppy seeds
1 cup warm water
4 eggs
***glaze
1 cup sugar
lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients adding eggs one at a time and beating well after each one. Butter a bunt pan using plenty of butter. Sprinkle pan with course sugar crystals. (You can get this in the baking aisle in most grocery stores) Bake in a 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool. Mix sugar and lemon juice and spoon over hot cake. This will make a beautiful glace. You can also use powdered sugar if you prefer. My family likes the regular sugar glaze.
