Lemon Poppy Seed Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 lemon , juice and zest of
  • 1 tsp poppy seed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
  2. Place the noodles in a large bowl. Add butter, lemon, poppy seeds, sugar, salt and the reserved water. Toss to combine. Serve hot.
