Ingredients:

  1. Crust:
  2. Stir together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix in melted
  3. Butter, add nuts and mix well. Press mixture firmly in
  4. Bottom of 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Reserve 1/2 cup
  5. Crumb mixture for topping.
  6. Filling:
  7. Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Add lemon juice and
  8. Sugar. Chill until mixture thickens the consistency of
  9. Unbeaten unbeaten egg whites.
  10. Beat chilled evaporated milk until stiff. Whip thickened
  11. Gelatin until fluffy. Combine two mixtures stirring only
  12. Until blended. Beat cream cheese (softened) until fluffy.
  13. Stir in drained pineapple. Fold into gelatin mixture only
  14. Until well blended.
  15. Pour mixture over chilled crust and sprinkle reserved crumbs
  16. Over top.
  17. Allow at least 2 hours to set in refrigerator.
  18. Serves 10-12.
