Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup thinly sliced carrot
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 5 minutes; set aside, and keep warm.
2. Combine margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir well. Add vegetables; toss gently.
