Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon light butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions:
1. Spread asparagus in a shallow microwave-safe dish; add water. Microwave at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes or until tender; drain in a colander. Return asparagus to dish; top with butter and lemon pepper. Toss well.
