Lemon Pasta W Asparagus & Pine Nuts

Another excuse to use your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus
8 ounces penne or 8 ounces curly pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 cup chopped roasted red pepper
6 tablespoons pine nuts
6 -8 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Steam asparagus till crisp yet tender (3-4 min).
2. Cut into 1 lengths.
3. Cook pasta toss with oil.
4. Add asparagus and lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper to taste, and red peppers.
5. Add pine nuts just prior to serving.
