Lemon Parmesan Minute Rice

This is a tasty and easy way to make a yummy rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 lemon, zest of, a
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add Minute Rice.
3. Once Minute Rice is almost done, add cilantro, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon Juice.
4. Stir and cover to finish cooking.
5. Enjoy :).
