I found this on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 serving size sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 ounce crystal light lemonade (the tub that makes one pitcher) or 1 ounce sunrise orange, dry (the tub that makes one pitcher)
12 ounces cool whip or 3 cups splenda-sweetened whipped cream
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (optional)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat the pudding mix with the milk until thickened and smooth.
2. Beat in the dry drink mix.
3. Fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream and berries.
4. Spoon into individual glasses and allow to set up for at least one hour.
