Lemon Marscarpone Icebox Tarts

Ingredients:
2.66 cup(s) butter cookie crumbs (about 1.5 packages)
0.33 cup(s) butter melted
0.25 cup(s) powdered sugar
0.5 teaspoon(s) almond extract
1 can(s) sweetend condensed milk
2 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
0.5 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
6 egg yolks
1 container(s) mascarpone cheese
Directions:
1. I. Preheat oven to 350°. Stir
2. together first 4 ingredients;
3. firmly press crumb mixture
4. on bottom and up sides of 6
5. (3 3/4-inch) round tart pans
6. with removable bottoms
7. (about 6 Tbsp. per pan). Place
8. tart pans on a baking sheet,
9. and bake 10 to 12 minutes or
10. until lightly browned. Cool on
11. baking sheet on a wire rack
12. completely (about 30 minutes).
13. , Whisk together sweetened
14. condensed milk and next 3
15. ingredients until well blended;
16. whisk in mascarpone cheese
17. just until blended. Spoon mixture
18. into prepared tart shells.
19. , Bake at 350° for 12 to 15
20. minutes or until almost set.
21. (The centers will not be firm
22. but will set up as they chill.)
23. Cool completely on wire rack
24. (about I hour). Cover and chill
25. hours. Arrange berries and
26. fruit decoratively over tarts
27. just before serving.
