Lemon Marinated Chicken

Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup canned low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions:
1. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth, olive oil, oregano, and bay leaf in glass dish. Add chicken. Turn to coat with marinade. Marinate 2 hours.
2. Broil or grill 4-5 inches from the heat 8-10 mins per side, turning three times or until thoroughly cooked.
