Lemon Kissed Green Beans

These are very light and refreshing. Great flavor with the addition of lemon and nuts. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon unsalted clarified butter
1 teaspoon walnut oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare a large bowl of ice water.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch beans 3 minutes.
3. Plunge blanched beans into ice water to stop the cooking.
4. Place butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add beans and toss gently until heated through and evenly coated with oil and butter.
6. Season with salt and pepper then place on serving platter and sprinkle with juice and nuts
